EPA Brownfields Community-Wide Assessment Grant

The City of Ravenswood, West Virginia is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms or individuals to serve as a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) for its EPA Brownfields Community-Wide Assessment Grant.

The selected QEP will provide environmental assessment and planning services on an as-needed, task-based basis, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, quality assurance coordination, hazardous building materials surveys, cleanup and reuse planning, and related reporting support.

Submission Deadline:
Statements of Qualifications must be received no later than February 9, 2026, at 4:00 PM Eastern Time.

Submissions must be provided electronically as a single PDF in accordance with the instructions outlined in the RFQ.
