1.03 TO: POTENTIAL BIDDERS

A. Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to the Owner (City Clerk) for the construction of a new Pedestrian Bridge located at the Ravenswood River Front Park before 4:00 pm local standard time on the 15 th day of July, 2025, for:

B. Project Description: Work will include the construction of a New Pedestrian Bridge. This is a Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Project.

C. Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting June 24, 2025, at 10:00 am on project site.

D. Bid documents will be available on June 13, 2025 at no cost by going to: pickeringplanroom.com.

E. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount.

F. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 002113 - Instructions to Bidders.

G. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided.

H. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Pedestrian Bridge". Electronic bids will not be accepted.

I. Successful bidder will be required to obtain and pay for a City Business License.

J. Successful bidder will be required to obtain City building permit, but there will be no fee for permit.

K. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission.

L. Bids will be publicly opened on July 15, 2025 at 7:00 pm during City Council Meeting.

M. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
