TO: POTENTIAL BIDDERS

A. Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to Owner (City Clerk) for New Picnic Shelter located Fitzhugh Street near the City Pool before 4:00 pm local standard time on the 6th day of November 2023, for:

B. Project: New Picnic Shelter. Work will include construction of a New Picnic Shelter.

C. Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting October 18th, 2023, at 1:00 pm on project site.

D. Bid documents are available at no cost by going to: pickeringplanroom.c om

E. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount.

F. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 002113 - Instructions to Bidders.

G. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided.

H. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "New Picnic Shelter". Electronic bids will not be accepted.

I. Successful bidder will be required to obtain and pay for a City Business License.

J. Successful bidder will be required to obtain City building permit, but there will be no fee for permit.

K. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission.

L. Bids will be publicly opened on November 6th, 2023, at 6:00 pm during Parks & Recreation Meeting.

M. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers
